Owner’s Manual for Marketta Wine
Let the wine breathe, take air before you enjoy Marketta Wine. These wines have the rare quality of aging the time they need in the bottle. This includes our Reserve Chardonnays. They need to “stretch” to take their full dimension. 2-6 years in the bottle is a long time in tight quarters… I prefer gentle decanting for red wine and opening the Chardonnay bottle 2-4 hours before and putting it back to the fridge without the cork. Try what you like the best.
