This wine with will elevate any elaborate dinner with a handsome piece of meat, or a simple gathering with chicken, rich fish, cheese, creamy pasta, many vegetarian foods:  you’ll have a winning pairing.

Dare to serve it with a really good quality Hamburger or Pizza (avoid tomato sauce in excess).  That’s what we’ve done and loved the match.
